That introduction led to Darlene handling the sale of a condominium unit we owned as an investment in Lesina near Marco Island. I was impressed with her knowledge of the market and her professionalism in the successful sale of that condo. Fast forward to 2023–I made contact with Darlene again to sell my condo in Hideaway Beach in Marco Island which I had lived in for 24 years. To complicate matters, I wanted to sell my Hideaway condo at the same time as purchasing a home in Ave Maria. Darlene handled both the condo sale and house purchase. Closings were done on a Monday and Friday of the same week. To further complicate things, I had to leave Florida for several weeks to take care of personal issues “up north” while these closings took place. I could not have asked for a more thorough and professional person to stay on top of things for me. So in addition to her knowledge and professionalism, Darlene coordinated the legal closings of the condo sale and house purchase, arranging for “white glove” moving and storage of personal belongings, identifying service companies dealing with a host of requirements at the “new” house, arranging for “home watch” at the new house. And the list goes on. I can’t say enough about how well Darlene dealt with every detail. Darlene is worth her weight in gold.
